Remodeled House

Block & Base house permanantly stabilized,
then remodeled.

Did you know...

that most of the foundations that have been "repaired" didn't need to be. We don't advise repairs to be done, unless the damage is causing structural issues in the home. Call us if you want the honest truth about what is going on with your foundation.

Most houses...

that we are called to come and look at have very minor movement and don't require any foundation repair. More damage can be caused to a house with minor movement in trying to "level" or stabilize it. Foundation repair may cause additional stress on areas of the foundation that were previously stable. This may cause those other areas of the foundation to need work in the future. Any company that does foundation repair on a structure with minor movement may actually be doing more harm than good.

Warranties...

Many sales people will lead you to believe that your entire foundation is under warranty when the job is done. We know of no company that will warrant your foundation, most companies including us warrant the work that we performed against failure only.

Common Sense...

References - Do you think that any company will give you bad ones? They choose the references going on the list. Ask to see there schedule of the last 3-5 jobs performed and the last 3-5 warranties they covered. Good references are BBB, local realtors, and neighbors.

Inspections - When you call a foundation repair company to ask for an inspection, to see if you need any work and the salesperson earns a commission, what do you think he/she will say?
