Nova Tech Foundation Repair, established in 1995, is a diverse foundation repair company. Nova Tech is a direct subsidiary of the general contracting/construction business maintained and operated for twenty-five years under the ownership of John Novosad. Diversified in all facets of the construction business, John’s primary focus was placed on the building of custom homes up to 10,000 square feet. Novosad Construction directly handled all aspects of the home building process with limited sub-contracting.
Nova Tech Foundation Repair represents the knowledge John has accumulated over forty years in multiple construction practices not limited to concrete placement, framing, roofing, sheetrock, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. As John reached out to find other ways to utilize his knowledge and expertise in the construction industry, and going through the adverse effects of finding a contractor to level his own home properly, he found that at the time the foundation repair industry was lacking in general knowledge of building structures. As most foundation companies know how to set and level a home, they do not understand and are unaware of the effects and damage that the structure may incur in the leveling process.
At Nova Tech Foundation Repair, we pride ourselves with John’s past experience allowing us the knowledge to know where to lift and level your structure so as not to do any other adverse damage to the structure and inform the owner what one could expect in the future.
Over the years, John has researched the different methods of foundation leveling being used in the industry, including confirming with various building engineers and many business owners and homeowners with continuing foundation problems. Although we use engineer-designed bell holes for particular situations, John came to the conclusion that the best method of foundation leveling is the pile driven method in which Nova Tech specializes. The pile system is self-engineering and eliminates all guesswork that was and/or is still used in the old technology of bell holes.
